On the Day
Courtney and Mitchell flew from Perth to Queenstown with two of their closest friends for an unforgettable winter elopement. An elegant, adventure-filled day brought to life with our Luxe Elopement Package.
Tom met them at Stoneridge Retreat, a luxurious vineyard estate just outside Queenstown (and also one of his fave spots!). With stunning mountain views and peaceful surroundings, it made the perfect place to get ready. Their morning was filled with laughter, FaceTime calls to family, and thoughtful touches like custom wedding perfumes featuring their new married names and date.
After sharing the first look by the infinity pool, everyone made their way to Heliworks. Their ceremony took place on The Remarkables, with fresh snow underfoot and bluebird skies above. With their friends by their sides, they exchanged vows in true Queenstown fashion, on top of a mountain. The weather was absolutely perfect!
Next stop was Garden Spur on Cecil Peak, a location in Queenstown that truly shines, especially during a winter elopement. With panoramic views and a thick layer of soft snow, it looked and felt like a dream. Courtney and Mitchell were buzzing! Celebrating with a champagne spray and soaking in the alpine views.
Back on the ground, a 1967 vintage Mustang (included in the Luxe Package!) was waiting to whisk them away to Jackspoint. The couple enjoyed a styled picnic with their friends and cut into their wedding cake. It was laid-back, joy-filled, and the perfect end to the day before they drove off in the Mustang—literally into the golden light. Yes, we got the photo. Yes, it’s as magical as it sounds.
