A limited number of dates each season
We take on a limited number of elopements each year to keep every experience personal and intentional.
Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, and popular dates can fill quickly.
If your date is available, we’re happy to hold it for 7 days while you decide.
How do we Secure our date?
How far in advance can we book?
We take bookings up to 12 months in advance - but we also love a spontaneous celebration with just a week or two notice. As soon as you know your preferred wedding date (or even just a rough time frame), reach out. Our calendar fills quickly and we'd love to lock in your day.
We have no idea which package to go for but we LOVE your work. Where do we go from here?
A 30% non-refundable booking fee reserves your day in our schedule. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your elopement, giving you peace of mind as your plans fall into place.
Our amazing planner Ella can give you some handy pointers to work out the best package for you and how to make your elopement extra special. If you’re worried someone else might take your preferred date, why not lock in the adventure package to get started and upgrade down the track if you change your mind?
What package should we choose if we want a reception-style elopement with guests
If you’re planning a reception-style celebration with guests, the Luxe package is the best fit. With 6 hours of photography, it gives you the space to fully document your day without rushing the experience.
How many photos will we receive with the Adventure Package?

You’re looking at a fun 4-hour door-to-door package that allows time to document your vows and extra fun bits and bobs (or extra locations). It’s perfect for couples wanting a variety in their snaps that goes beyond the ‘standard’.
How many locations can we tick off with the Adventure Package?
You’re looking at 150+ edited images conveniently delivered to an online gallery ready for you to print, download and share them with your best buddies.
The extra time within the Adventure packages allows you to visit two heli locations, one heli & one ground location or several ground locations. It adds extra depth to your day and makes it even more fun!
How many photos will we receive with the Luxe Package?

You’re looking at a luxe 6-hour door-to-door package that allows time not only to document your vows and special moments (and of course, extra locations), but also a BTS video that would be perfect to post on socials (if you're into that).
How many locations can we tick off with the Luxe Package?
You’re looking at 200+ edited images conveniently delivered to an online gallery ready for you to print, download and share them with your best buddies.
The extra time within the Luxe package allows you enough time to capture getting ready coverage at your hotel or Airbnb, or skip straight into up to 3 locations!
Do you also offer videography?
Can you also take care of our wedding album?
Heck yes! Simply add on a wedding film to capture your BIG DAY adventures on film (well, technically). Videography with one of our top-notch videographers starts at $3700
Absolutely! We get a thrill out of every fine art wedding album we design. And it means your stunning snaps don’t get lost in the Cloud or on your dusty USB. Take your pick from leather or linen for $1,200.
I see you have several photographers. Can I choose my preferred one?
All our photographers shoot with our signature style in mind. But if you really resonate with a particular superstar photographer on our team, we’ll try to match you where possible.
What if we’d love to include evening activities such as dinner, speeches and the first dance in our elopement?

What if it rains the day of our elopement?
What if we are awkward in front of the camera?
In case you didn’t know… moody and overcast is a tooootal vibe! And clouds add real drama to your photos. But if it is absolutely bucketing down and the weather really does prevent us from doing what we had planned, we’re more than happy to reschedule. We’re used to the elements and last-minute changes so consider yourself in good hands!
You wouldn’t be the first couple to consider yourself just that. Far from it! It's completely natural to be a little apprehensive the snaps, but usually you’ll forget we’re there shortly after we get started. Our video call prior to your BIG DAY also helps to break the ice and set expectations. By the time you exchange your vows we’ll be Insta buddies and can’t wait to hang out. Still got your doubts? Is transport included with my elopement?
Each Lost in Love elopement includes transport for you (the couple) and up to two other guests. We’ll collect you from your hotel or Airbnb in a comfortable air-conditioned car so you never have to stress.
What if we want to bring guests?
That’s A-okay. We’ll suggest locations that work a treat with guests. If you consider flying to your location, please keep in mind that we can accommodate up to 30 guests across 4 machines. Packages that work best with guests are our Luxe & Whole Story packages because you have time for group shots and extra fun.
When will we receive our video & images?
Why does it take a few weeks for us to receive our photos?
Expect your edited images in a shiny online gallery ready for you to download, print and share within 6-8 weeks after your BIG DAY. Your wedding video will be with you in 8-10 weeks. It will be worth the wait we promise!
As soon as your photographer has captured your elopement on camera, they will hand over the SD cards to our expert in-house editor to work their magic. Editing involves picking the BEST photos for the final gallery and post-processing them so they REALLY shine. That includes any colour corrections, brightness optimisation and contrast adjustments in line our signature editing style. The photos you’ll receive show you off in your natural beauty. But if you happen to wake up with a spot on your chin, we’ll totally touch it up.
Can we get our hands on the remaining unedited shots?
Nope, sorry. So much of the magic that makes up an image happens in the digital equivalent of the darkroom (known as Lightroom) and it’s also how we’ll create images that match our signature style. Funnily enough, it’s our legal obligation to deliver images representative of the work you see on our website. And unedited images look rubbish anyway!
