Imagine Your Wedding Day Like This…
We Take Care of Everything
In winter, Queenstown transforms. Snow-covered peaks, softer light, and quieter locations create a completely different kind of wedding day.
For Australian couples, it’s the opposite of what winter usually looks like.
No grey skies. No crowded venues.
Just alpine air, open space, and a landscape that feels cinematic.
The Moment
A relaxed, multi-location experience with space to explore, move, and soak it all in.
Our signature experience for couples who want the day to feel completely effortless from start to finish
A beautifully simple ceremony for couples who want something intimate and meaningful without a full-day timeline.
You step off the plane knowing everything has already been handled
The weather.
The light.
The locations.
The timeline.
Instead of managing a wedding day, you’ll be fully present in it.

Queenstown may be small, but its food and coffee scene easily rivals Australia’s best. You’ll find top-notch flat whites, artisan brews, and a thriving café culture that gives Melbourne a run for its money. Local favourites like Vudu, Odelay, and Yonder are go-to spots for both locals and visitors.
When it comes to food, there's something for every vibe—whether you're after lakeside fine dining, low-key eats, or a cozy wine bar tucked away from the crowds. Yes, Fergburger lives up to the hype, but spots like Amisfield, Rātā, Mora, and Nest are perfect if you’re after something a little more elevated. Dietary needs? No worries—gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are easy to find.
No visa is required for Australian citizens to travel to New Zealand. You can stay for up to 6 months visa-free. However, you’ll still need to apply for a New Zealand marriage licence, which can be done online. It takes 3 working days to process, and your chosen celebrant will help you to apply.
Absolutely! We've done loads of elopements with little kids and dogs. With that said, it might be tricky to bring your dog over from Australia due to NZ’s biosecurity rules.
Yes—but they won’t be legally authorised to marry you unless they’re registered as a celebrant in New Zealand. Our packages come with a celebrant & two witnesses to make it legal.
Yes, to a point. Queenstown is small and walkable, and rideshares (like Uber) are available. But if you're exploring further out — to Glenorchy, Wanaka, or hidden photo spots — a rental car or elopement team with transport is ideal ;)
Driving is on the same side of the road as Australia, and the roads are safe (though a bit windy in places!)
Not to worry, we'll be picking you up and driving you back to your airbnb when you book with us.
Each season offers something unique:
Summer (Dec–Feb): Long, warm days with golden light
Autumn (Mar–May): Stunning red and orange foliage
Winter (Jun–Aug): Snow-capped peaks, skiing and cozy vibes
Spring (Sep–Nov): Blooming lupins and fresh greenery
Winter weddings have become a firm favourite with our Aussie couples — it’s the perfect excuse to sneak in a ski trip, and (so we’ve heard) it’s even cheaper than Thredbo!
With the Australian dollar currently strong against the NZ dollar, your money stretches further here. That means more value for every detail of your elopement — from luxe accommodation and vendors to once-in-a-lifetime experiences — without going over budget. It's the perfect time to plan your dream day in the mountains.
