Love Story
Jacqueline and Brandon’s love story began ten years ago on Christmas Eve. From the start, their connection was undeniable, but life had other plans. Over the years, they experienced many twists and turns where the timing was never quite right. But when you know, you know. So Jacqueline took the leap and moved to San Diego, and they’ve been inseparable ever since.
What excites them most about eloping is keeping it simple and focused on what truly matters, their commitment to each other. They wanted their wedding day to be about them, celebrating their love without any of the stress or complications that can come with a traditional wedding. For Jacqueline and Brandon, this elopement is all about the best parts of their relationship.
Together, they love doing pretty much anything—even a trip to the grocery store feels fun. But their favourite things include travelling, cooking together, dancing in their kitchen, going for drives, exploring new places, hiking with their dog Koda, hanging out at the beach, going to concerts, checking out new restaurants, visiting family and friends, and cozying up for movie nights.

On the day
Tom started the morning by capturing Jacqueline’s getting-ready moments at her Airbnb in Glenorchy. She had the coolest white Timberland wedding boots and a beautiful bouquet. Tom captured all the details, including her dress hanging from the ceiling, while Kaleb photographed Brandon finishing getting ready at the Glenorchy Boutique Hotel. After Amanda (Escova,Your Style) styled Jacqueline’s hair, they brought the couple back together for their first look in the garden, with stunning mountain views and lupins blooming in the background.
After their emotional first look, a classic Mustang wedding car transported them to the Glenorchy airfield. Tom and Kaleb captured some incredible shots with the Mustang and the mountains before they hopped in the helicopter.
They then flew to Coromandel Peak for their ceremony, with Siobhain as their celebrant. The conditions were absolutely perfect! Blue skies, ideal temperatures, and endless views. The ceremony was incredible, and after saying their vows on top of the mountain, Tom and Kaleb captured beautiful couple shots around the peak.
Next, they flew to Lake Erskine for their elopement picnic. The weather was still flawless, crystal blue skies, glassy water, and hardly any wind. After soaking in the moment by the alpine lake, they grabbed a few more photos and video before heading to their final location.
Their last stop was Earnslaw Burn, and it was breathtaking as always. Fresh snow from a few days before covered all the glaciers, making it look even more dramatic. Jacqueline and Brandon spent their time walking around, dancing, and getting close to the waterfalls. For a couple who had never seen anything like this before, the awe was written all over their faces.
It was a perfect elopement day. Perfect weather, incredible locations, and pure magic at every stop!
