Jasmine & Liam
“The Adventure Package (Photo + Film)”

Love Story
Jasmine and Liam’s love story began with basketball…
Liam joined Jasmine’s brother’s team, and through those games and shared sidelines, they began to get to know and connect with each other. For them, love is found in the quiet, meaningful rhythms of daily life. Cooking and eating delicious food together, travelling to new places, and a shared, deep-seated affection for animals.
Their perfect weekend isn’t about flashy events; it’s a relaxing morning at home followed by a trip to the dog park and a warm, cooked breakfast.
When it came time to say “I do,” they knew they wanted to step away from the traditional noise and find a special moment all to themselves, surrounded by the raw, breathtaking beauty of nature.

On the day
Tom and Kaleb started the day capturing the couple as they prepared at separate locations for their Queenstown elopement. He met Liam first at an Airbnb on Queenstown Hill that offered sweeping views of the area, before heading over to see Jasmine at Tuckers Beach.
The setting at Jasmine’s was incredibly picturesque, and Tom made sure to get shots of her dress hanging outside with the dramatic backdrop of Coronet Peak and the Shotover River. Jasmine wore a beautiful Victorian-style veil, giving her a look that was both traditional and distinct
Since their family had travelled all the way from Australia but wouldn’t be attending the ceremony itself, Tom met the whole group at Lake Hayes for family photos first. From there, the adventure truly began as he joined Jasmine and Liam for a helicopter flight to Earnslaw Burn.
While Queenstown was bathed in sunshine, the mountains offered something much more cinematic. They flew into a landscape of low clouds and light rain, weather Tom describes as “dramatic” and “epic”.
They landed for over an hour, giving Tom and Kaleb plenty of time to capture the couple as they walked through the vast, rugged terrain. Against a backdrop of hanging glaciers and towering cliffs, Jasmine and Liam exchanged their vows in total privacy.
After that, they walked down to a rushing stream where a massive waterfall crashed down right behind them, creating those wide, panoramic shots that we love.
After exploring more of Earnslaw Burn, they flew back to Queenstown, where Jasmine and Liam headed off to a celebratory dinner with their family.
